Mindful 9
A Guided On-Course Experience
Mindful 9 is the foundation of MindMill Golf.
This is a guided nine-hole experience where we slow the game down just enough to build awareness, refine routines, and strengthen focus. Instead of chasing score, we focus on how you prepare for each shot, how you recover between shots, and how you stay connected to the moment.
The experience includes:
A short pre-round mindset warm-up with breathwork and mental priming
Personalized routine design based on how you naturally play
Live on-course guidance focused on presence, emotional regulation, and flow
A brief post-round integration to reflect, refine, and carry the lessons forward
Mindful 9 can be done one-on-one or with a small group of up to four players.
This is for golfers who want to enjoy the game more, think less, and play with trust.
Private Golf Mindset Coaching
Ongoing Inner Game Development
For golfers who want deeper, longer-term support, private coaching offers a more comprehensive approach to mastering the mental side of the game.
This work goes beyond a single round. Together, we build repeatable routines, identify personal performance patterns, and develop tools you can rely on in practice, play, and competition.
Private coaching may include:
On-course sessions
Off-course mindset training
Routine refinement and performance review
Integration of lessons into daily life and other performance domains
Coaching is available one-on-one or in small groups and is tailored to your goals, schedule, and level of play.

MindMill Golf partners with golf professionals, instructors, courses, and resorts to enhance existing clinics and training programs with mindset education and experiential learning.
