About MindMill Golf

Master the Inner Game

Every golfer knows the game is mental.

Very few are taught how to train that side of it.

MindMill Golf exists to help golfers master their inner game so their skills can show up naturally, consistently, and with far more enjoyment. This work is not about fixing swings or adding more technique. It is about helping you develop presence, routine, emotional steadiness, and flow so you can play the game you already know how to play.

When the mind is clear and the body is relaxed, golf feels simpler. Decisions come faster. Recovery after a missed shot is easier. The game becomes something you participate in fully, not something you battle against.

This is where performance and enjoyment meet.

What MindMill Golf Offers

MindMill Golf delivers premium, in-person experiences designed to strengthen the mental and emotional side of the game while honoring the traditions and joy of golf.

Offerings include:

  • Mindful 9

A guided on-course experience focused on routine, awareness, and flow.

  • Private Golf Mindset Coaching

One-on-one or small group coaching to build consistency, confidence, and composure.

  • Clinics and Pro Partnerships

Mindset education and experiential sessions that complement traditional instruction and elevate existing programs.

Each experience is intentionally small, personalized, and designed to meet you where you are in your game.

Why This Approach Works

Technique matters.

But technique cannot perform under pressure without clarity, calm, and trust.

Most breakdowns on the course are not technical. They are mental interruptions, emotional reactions, and loss of attention. When you learn how to recognize and manage those moments, the game changes.

MindMill Golf teaches you how to:

  • Stay present for each shot

  • Build routines that anchor confidence

  • Reset quickly after mistakes

  • Play with intention rather than tension

The result is often better scores. More importantly, it is a better experience of the game itself.

About Seth Marcus

Your Guide on the Course

I grew up on golf courses. I caddied, competed, and spent long hours walking fairways, often alone. Golf became one of my earliest teachers in patience, awareness, and humility. It was never only about score. It was a place where focus, rhythm, and presence mattered.

For nearly fifteen years, I stepped away from competitive golf to build companies, coach high-performing individuals, and study what actually drives sustainable peak performance. During that time, I founded and scaled multiple ventures, worked with entrepreneurs, executives, and creatives, and developed a coaching practice grounded in clarity, discipline, and real-world application.

My training draws from meditation, yoga, performance psychology, and years of direct mentorship and study with some of the most respected mindset and performance coaches in the world. I have spent decades refining how focus is built, how emotional pressure is managed, and how people access flow under real stakes. I am also a professional musician, which continues to shape my understanding of rhythm, presence, and performance in the moment.

When I returned to golf, everything connected.

The same principles I had been teaching off the course were exactly what most golfers were missing on it. Not more instruction, but better awareness. Not more effort, but better routine. Not more thinking, but better presence.

Today, I work with high-end clients globally and in person on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, helping golfers master their inner game so their best golf can show up naturally. My coaching style is calm, observant, and practical. I meet players where they are, help them see patterns clearly, and guide them toward routines that feel authentic and repeatable.

I am not here to be the hero of your story. You are. My role is to be a steady guide, offering perspective, structure, and tools that allow you to trust your game and enjoy it at a deeper level.

You bring the talent and the desire to grow.

I help you access it when it matters most.

The Philosophy

  • You are the player. You own the process.

  • Routine creates freedom.

  • Presence is trainable.

  • Every shot is an opportunity to return to center.

The game does not need to be forced. It needs to be entered with awareness.
